Coastal Living Magazine Idea House

Each year, Coastal Living Magazine constructs a special Idea House in community’s that represent environmental consciousness and sensitivity to shoreline preservation. The 2009 Idea House is now open for tours, in the Seawatch at Sunset Harbor community just north of Southport on Hwy 211. Tour the home to see the latest in coastal home décor, construction and design trends featuring cutting edge products from many national sponsors. Tours are $10 with proceeds to benefit a local charity.
